CanAm Immigration US division

Since 1994, our team has had the privilege of assisting international corporations, multinationals, small businesses, professionals and families to obtain US visas, US visas and US Permanent Residencies (Green Cards).

We were instrumental in securing over 30,000 visas and Green Cards in the United States alone. We assisted more than 4,500 companies with their expansion in the US. We have helped create over 75,000 jobs in the US and maintain jobs in each company’s home country.

For the past 24 years, our head office has been located and still is in Magog (Québec), Canada in close proximity to New York State and Vermont.

Our CanAm US Business Centers and our satellite offices are located in Plattsburg (New-York), Florida and California.

Our consulting team with over 250 years of combined experience in their related field with contacts throughout the US can assist assist businesses and companies with their expansion in the US.

And now we are adding a team of immigration consultants with contacts throughout the world to better serve our clients. We are present in 25 countries.


 

NY immigration Law Group

Our team of lawyer through our NY office handles the legal end of each visa petition.

We assist and represent our clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for their approval.

Once approved by USCIS, our team assists and represents our client before the US State Department, consulate or embassy, duly authorized in the client’s home country that issues the US visas for key employees and their family.

The New York immigration law group is based in Plattsburg, State of New York.
